Our crews also worked all 8 Vancouver matches of the FIFA World Cup 26 — roughly 400 shifts across the tournament.

Full kitchen brigades plus certified servers and bartenders for banquets, weddings, corporate functions and festivals. We can also cover setup, teardown, security and transportation for the same event, so you are dealing with one supplier instead of four.

Licensed guards for construction sites, banquets, events,
access control and crowd management
Licensed and trained personnel for access control, crowd management and asset protection. Guards are briefed on your site and your escalation procedure before the first shift.
All personnel licensed under the BC Security Services Act. Licence numbers available on request.

Warehouse & transportation
General labour, pick and pack, inventory, forklift, aerial
lift and Bobcat operators, LTL and FTL transport
Warehouse crews with current equipment tickets, plus transportation for local cartage and longer-haul LTL and FTL. We move food deliveries, event builds, industrial relocations and project materials.
FOOD
Production & food manufacturing
Line workers, production staff, sanitation crews,
co-packing, private label
Our longest-running specialty. We supply production and line personnel for manufacturing, co-packing and private label runs, and full industrial sanitation crews that work between shifts so your plant is ready for inspection.
BC and Alberta processors are short an estimated 10,000 skilled workers. Turnover on production lines makes schedules unstable — we hold a trained pool so you are not recruiting from zero every month.
CLEAN
Commercial & industrial cleaning
Daily janitorial, deep kitchen cleaning, industrial
sanitization, post-event and specialty projects
Hotel, restaurant and event cleaning, industrial kitchen degreasing, sanitization to food-safety standard, and one-off specialty projects. Crews can be scheduled overnight or between service periods.

Senior living & retirement
Housekeepers, cooks, servers, kitchen staff, back of house,

In a care setting, a staffing gap shows up immediately in resident wellbeing. We place support staff who understand the environment and who can return consistently, because familiarity matters as much as coverage.

You tell us the gap
Roles, headcount, site address, start time and any tickets or certifications the job requires.
STEP 2
We match from the pool
We draw from workers already screened, trained and cleared for your sector — not from a job posting.
STEP 3
Crew arrives briefed
Workers get your site details, dress code and reporting contact before they leave for the shift.
STEP 4
We handle the rest
Engagement, pay, coverage and timesheets stay with us. You approve hours and receive one invoice.
What you are not taking on
Bringing in temporary crews should reduce your risk, not add to it.
No overtime premium
Flat hourly rate. If a shift runs long, the extra hours bill at the same rate you agreed to — no time-and-a-half on your invoice.
WorkSafeBC coverage
Active coverage in good standing. Clearance letters provided on request.
Licensed and insured
Commercial general liability. Employment agency licenced.
Screened before dispatch
Right to work verified, references checked, and sector-specific certification confirmed and kept current.
