STEP 1
You tell us the event
Roles, headcount, venue, event dates and any certifications the job requires.
STEP 2
We match from the pool
We draw from workers already screened, trained and cleared for events — not from a job posting.
STEP 3
Crew arrives briefed
Workers get your venue details, dress code and reporting contact before doors.
STEP 4
We handle the rest
Engagement, pay, coverage and timesheets stay with us. You approve hours and receive one invoice.
What you are not taking on
Bringing in event crews should reduce your risk, not add to it.
No overtime premium
Flat hourly rate. If your event runs long, the extra hours bill at the same rate you agreed to — no time-and-a-half on your invoice.
WorkSafeBC coverage
Active coverage in good standing. Clearance letters provided on request.
Screened before dispatch
Right to work verified, references checked, and event-specific certification confirmed and kept current.
